Your story.
Your ground.

Your site should explain what you do, who you help and how people can take the next step. We shape the pages around those needs, using the facts and content you approve.

You own the domain.
You own the content.

The client owns the domain and supplied content. Account access, hosting arrangements and handoff are defined in writing.

Your site,
step by step.

You bring the knowledge of your business. We turn it into a clear plan, a design you can review and a working website. Here is what happens along the way.

Original realistic raven perched on a spruce root, with teal rim light and a small amber eye glint.
  1. Start with your goals.

    What happens
We talk through your business, the people you want to reach and what the website needs to help them do. Together, we agree on the pages and features to include.
    What we need from you
Your services, service area, current site if you have one, main goal and the person who will approve the work.
    What you get
A clear project brief, an agreed scope and a list of questions to settle before the build.
  2. Gather your story and materials.

    What happens
We collect the facts, words and images the site needs, then mark anything still missing. We confirm which materials you have permission to use.
    What we need from you
Your business story, accurate service details, approved logo files and photos, plus permission to publish them.
    What you get
An organised content list showing what is ready, what needs checking and what still needs to be supplied.
  3. Choose the look and feel.

    What happens
We work from your existing brand or develop a visual direction for you to review. Colours, type and imagery are considered together so the site feels like your business.
    What we need from you
Any brand guidelines, styles you like or want to avoid, and feedback on the direction we put forward.
    What you get
A reviewable design direction to approve before we carry it through the rest of the site.
  4. Plan the pages and words.

    What happens
We map the navigation and page sections, then shape approved facts into clear headings, service descriptions and next steps. We agree on how much writing or editing is included.
    What we need from you
The details each page must cover, corrections to the draft wording and the contact route customers should use.
    What you get
A page plan, draft page copy within the agreed scope and a clear route through the website.
  5. Build a preview you can use.

    What happens
We turn the agreed direction into working pages. You can scroll, open the menu, follow the page links and see the layout on your phone before anything is published.
    What we need from you
A review on your phone and computer, with notes on anything that feels unclear or does not work as expected.
    What you get
A click-through working preview. Any feature that is not connected yet is clearly marked.
  6. Review, refine and check.

    What happens
We work through your feedback within the agreed review scope. We check narrow screens, links, images, keyboard controls and text contrast, then return the updated version for approval.
    What we need from you
One combined set of feedback from your decision maker, factual corrections and approval of the revised pages.
    What you get
A revised site and a checked list of the remaining items to resolve before release.
  7. Prepare for an approved launch.

    What happens
We prepare the agreed domain and hosting setup, HTTPS and contact route. We check image and font weight, mobile layout, page titles, descriptions and site-map details. Release follows approval and setup checks.
    What we need from you
Final content approval, authorised domain and hosting access, and confirmation of the destination for customer inquiries. Access is arranged securely, not through this form.
    What you get
A release-ready build and launch checklist. Any connected inquiry route is tested before release; no search ranking or speed score is promised.
  8. Hand over, then choose care.

    What happens
We document access, source files and the next steps. If you want ongoing care, we agree separately on the content changes and routine checks it covers.
    What we need from you
The person taking over the site, any handoff questions and the updates you would like help with.
    What you get
A documented handoff and, if you choose it, a separate care scope with clear boundaries.

The exact pages, features, writing, review rounds and care are agreed for your project. Publishing is a separate approval, not part of trying a preview.

What is included.
What comes from you.

No need to arrive with every answer. We identify the gaps together, then agree on who is doing what.

What you get

  • A written brief with the agreed pages, features and responsibilities.
  • A visual direction and page plan for you to review.
  • Working pages that adapt to phone and desktop screens.
  • A click-through preview and revisions within the agreed scope.
  • Checks for links, images, keyboard use, contrast and basic search information.
  • An approved-launch checklist and documented handoff.

What we need from you

  • A clear description of what you do, who you serve and the area you cover.
  • Your business story, service details and approved wording.
  • Your logo, brand preferences and photos you have permission to publish.
  • The pages and features you need, and what visitors should do next.
  • One decision maker who can gather feedback and approve the content.
  • Secure access to the agreed domain and hosting, when setup is authorised.

A few useful
answers.

Do I need all my content ready?

Not to begin the conversation. We work out what is available, what needs checking and what is missing. The agreed content and permissions need to be ready before release.

Can I review it on my phone?

Yes. We build a working preview so you can scroll through the pages and try the layout on your phone. A preview is for review; it is not a published site or a connected service.

Who owns the domain and content?

You own your domain and supplied content. Hosting access, source-file handoff and any third-party asset licenses are documented in the agreed scope.

Are hosting and care included?

They are agreed separately with the project. We define the hosting arrangement and, if you choose care, the changes and checks it covers. Extra features are not silently added.

How do I send an inquiry?

Review your details, complete the security check and choose Send inquiry for review when sending is available. A saved confirmation appears only after your inquiry is recorded. Do not include passwords, payment details or confidential information.
